# useSignOut

```ts theme={null}
function useSignOut(): {
  signOut: () => Promise<void>;
};
```

Hook that provides a wrapped sign-out function with authentication checks.
This hook uses useEnforceAuthenticated to ensure the user is signed in before attempting to sign out.

## Returns

```ts theme={null}
{
  signOut: () => Promise<void>;
}
```
